Faby's Teas
My experiences:

My visit to Green
Tea Garden Palampur, North India.
It was a wonderful trip to northeastern India, a green hill station, with mountains bordering Himachal Pradesh and the Himalayan mountains , it is at the confluence of the plains and the hills and so the scenery shows the contrast: plains on one side and the majestic snow-covered hills on the other side. Surrounded by plantations and gardens of green tea Camellia Sinensis, it is considered the capital of tea northwest India, but tea is just one aspect that makes Palampur a magical and exotic place.
I had the opportunity to learn about the different collections of tea, as an experience of connection of Mother Nature through these exotic and delectable beverages teas. I visited this place with my friends and my husband who made this a memorable trip. The abundance of water and proximity to the mountains has endowed with mild climate and is therefore one of the best climates for growing green tea, and so can be considered a tea that can multiply their benefits.

My visit to Hills Station of Green Tea Kerala, South West India.
Kerala is a wonderful exotic place, it’s centred in the highland area of the tropical forests of the Ghats house rich of flora and fauna. It is one of the most famous places for the loamy plantations of tea. Me and my husband, we had a ride in a boat suite house, which was connected from a lake and a beach of this wonderful place. Later on, we did a tour on top of an Elephant of this beautiful tropical jungle, after that we went to the hill stations of Monnar which has the most amazing mountains plantations of green tea,
Not to speak of expansive as well of coffee, spices, rubber and fragrant cardamom, where we also visited a traditional shop store of all kinds of spices and green teas with lots of varieties from this place, here will find the perfect harmony and peace between of the majestic mountains of green tea. In this place I had the experience to learn the right process to recollect tea, I went to visit the farmers who recollect the tea every day, they explained me the process to pick up each leaf, you will not believe it, but, they have to cut leave by leave carefully and make sure the way to cut, otherwise they can hurt the plant of green tea, and it will be not enough to enjoy all the benefits and properties that the tea plant contains. We also gave a visit to the green Tea where they showed us all the process involved in the fermentation of Green Tea, from the fresh and green Tea Leaves, its dry transformation and fermentation to reach to an orthodox Tea or commonly known as Black Tea, they also showed us the process involved in the making of Oolong, etc. Finally we ended up tasting various types of tea that had just been fermented that day.
